Dear Sirs and Brothers:

This is in reference to the upcoming relocation of our Office in Ft. Worth, Texas. Effective April 25, 2001 our new mailing address will be as follows:

Forth Worth, Texas 76102

To facilitate the move, the current Office will be closed at the end of the business day on Thursday, April 19, 2001 and the Office will reopen at the new location on Wednesday, April 25, 2001. There will be no change to any of the existing phone numbers, however, phone service will be interrupted on Thursday, April 19, 2001 when the current Office closes. We anticipate that the phone system will be installed at our new location by Monday, April 23, 2001, and will be available for voice mail access only until the Office reopens on Wednesday, April 25, 2001.

All of us working in the Office would like to thank you for your patience in the last year as we have dealt with the difficulties caused by the tornado in March of 2000. Our goal, since the storm, has been to return to permanent quarters as expeditiously as possible. Unfortunately, there have been several delays in accomplishing this goal. In the interim, we have operated out of two temporary sites, both allowing only limited access to our resources. This final move will once again give us full access to our resources, allowing us to better serve the interests of the Brotherhood. Please contact the Office if there are any questions concerning the relocation of the Office.
